Red-ruffed lemur

My latest painting - a lemur portrait, based on a photo I took at Paignton Zoo in Devon... mainly acrylic paints, with a little detailing using colour pencils
As much as I love oekaki and its potential for photo-realism, there's nothing like swishing a paintbrush across canvas

My scanner seems to have decided the lemur has bright green eyes
